摘要 随着医疗技术的不断发展,生殖医学发展迅猛,加强生殖医学人才培养是适应其发展的重要环节,加强生殖医学研究生教育及进修医生再培养,是提高教师的专业素质及人文修养,培养合格的生殖医学人才的重要途径。生殖医学教育是将新理论、新技术传递给医生的主要途径,其教学质量决定了生殖科医生综合素质的关键。 The fast development of reproductive medicine requires the strengthen of reproductive medicine personnel train_ing,which is an important link to its development.Strengthening the education of graduate students and the further training of doctors in reproductive medicine, and together improving teachers' professional quality and humanistic accomplishment, thus to cultivative qualified talents of reproductive medicine.
