摘要
为了进一步降低炼铁成本,确定马钢烧结矿中适宜的w(MgO),研究了MgO对液相生成特性以及烧结矿冶金性能的影响。结果表明:在马钢原燃料条件下,烧结矿适宜的w(MgO)为1.2%-1.5%;随着烧结矿中w(MgO)的降低,不仅烧结矿中w(TFe)及入炉品位提高,而且有利于降低烧结返粉和烧结固体燃耗,改善烧结矿强度和提高烧结成品率。
To further reduce the cost of ironmaking and determine suitable MgO content in sinter in MaSteel.The influence of MgO content on liquid phase formation characteristics and metallurgical properties of sinter were studied.The results showed that the suitable MgO content in sinter was1.2 %-1.5 % under raw material and fuel of MaSteel.With MgO content in sinter decreasing,TFe content in sinter and the ore grade into blast furnace were increased,and it was beneficial to decreasing sinter returns and solid fuel consumption,improving the sinter strength and raising the sintering yield.
