摘要
针对创新网络治理问题,采用系统分析的方法,分析了在创新网络中因信息不对称和利益冲突等矛盾的存在,使得在创新网络治理机会主义等道德风险的出现,影响了创新网络的有效运行。在对创新网络结构和属性进行分析的基础上,经过对创新治理问题的系统思考找出在创新网络治理内生化过程中的杠杆解,从网络嵌入性视角提出了创新网络治理机制,并构建了创新网络治理内生化的理论框架。
In view of governance issues in innovation network,adopting system analysis method,this paper analyzed the following question,the existence of conflicts such as information asymmetry and conflict of interest in the innovation network makes the emergence of moral hazard such as opportunism behaviors,and affects the effective operation of the innovation network.Based on analysis of the structure and properties of the innovation network,it fund out the leverage solutions of endogenous innovation network governance and put forward the governance mechanism of innovation network from the perspective of network embeddedness,and built the theoretical framework of endogenous innovation network governance.
