摘要
根据某公司一款汽缸体的结构特点,结合汽缸体研发阶段的要求,将快速成型技术,用于汽车发动机缸体的样件制作,快速得到产品样件,以检查设计缺陷,大大缩短发动机的设计制造周期。通过对快速获得的铸件进行检验,证明这种快速获得汽缸体样件的方法,切实可行,能够满足汽缸体的生产要求。
According to the structure characteristics of a cylinder block invented by a company,and incorporating the demand of research status,rapid prototyping technology is used in the manufacturing of the cylinder block of automotive engine. The fabricated sample parts are obtained. Compared with traditional design method,the designing cycle of the cylinder block is effectively shortened with rapid prototype technology. Through inspecting the defects from the sample parts,the results shows that rapid prototyping technology is validated to meet the demand of production of cylinder block.
