摘要
本文论述三七粉、三七素的止血效果比对,经实验,三七素有更好的止血效果,这说明三七素是三七粉中主要的止血成分。三七中不同部位的三七素,其止血效果是不同,三七素与基材复合而提高止血效果的方式是可行的。三七素浓度对止血效果,经试验混入三七素后有明显的改善止血功能,出血量和止血时间都明显的降低。随着三七素含量的增加,出血量和止血时间进一步缩短,其止血效果达到最佳,继续增加三七素的含量无法有效提高止血效果。三七素在溶液中的分散效果,会影响出血量和止血时间的差异。所以,选择最佳有机溶剂溶解三七素,将会提高其止血稳定性。

With the increase of the concentration of dencichine, the amount of bleeding and bleeding time were obviously decreased.When the hemostatic effect was the best, the increase of the content of dencichine could not effectively improve the effect of hemostasis. The dispersion effect of dencichine in solution can influence the difference between the amount of bleeding and the time of bleeding. Therefore, the choice of the best organic solvent to dissolve dencichine, it will improve the stability of its bleeding.
