摘要
酪氨酸激酶下游蛋白(DOK)在受体酪氨酸激酶介导的信号通路中起着重要的调节作用。DOK蛋白参与细胞生命活动相关的多种信号通路的调节,其表达异常与多种肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关,但具体作用机制尚不完全清楚。研究DOK基因在肿瘤中的表达与意义对肿瘤的诊断和预后有极其重要的价值,也可为表观遗传学治疗恶性肿瘤提供新的方向和依据。
Downstream of tyrosine kinases(DOKs) are key regulators of PTK signal transduction pathways,involved in a variety of cellular processes, and the abnormal expression of DOKs are closely associated with numerous tumorigenesis and progression. However, the underlying mechanism is not fully understood. Therefore, research on DOKs expression and significance in tumors is of great value for both diagnosis and prognosis, which can also provide a new target and basis for the epigenetic treatment of malignant tumors.
