摘要
本文分析了正弦机构的工作原理,建立正弦机构机构模型,研究了该正弦机构在Pro/E软件环境中的运动仿真分析。实现快速完成机构设计的同时对所设计结果进行了初步分析检验,节约了利用实际产品做实验所需的时间、人力和财力。通过实例验证了参数化设计的正弦机构在虚拟装配之后的运动学仿真。
This paper analysises the working principle of sine agencies, builds the sine agencies model,researches the motion simulation of the sinusoidal mechanism in Pro/E software environment.To make the rapid completion of the organization design,while making a preliminary analysis test of the results,saving the time,human and financial resources in using the actual products to text. Examples show the motion simulation of parametric-designing sine agencies after the virtual assembly.
