缩径变形套管径向修复力的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用液压滚珠整形器对发生缩径变形套管进行碾压整形,选取套管、水泥环和地层为研究对象,采用弹塑性和大变形有限元分析方法,建立了缩径变形套管弹塑性力学分析模型及数值计算方法,在水泥环完全损坏的情况下,计算了发生缩径变形时套管通径为110mm所需的径向修复力,并与理论值进行对比,验证了数值模拟方法的正确性。此外还研究了不同通径下变形套管达到整形要求的径向修复力,得出随着套管变形通径的增大径向修复力逐渐降低的结论。 At present,the casing damage wells are increasing year by year,the main deformation forms of casing damage wells are shrinkage deformation,ellipse deformation and local sag deformation. Among them,the shrinkage deformation is the most. The hydraulic ball shaping device is used to repair the shrinkage deformation casing. The casing,cement sheath and strata are selected as the research objects,based on the finite element analysis method of elastic plastic and large deformation,the model and numerical calculation method are established.In the case of complete damage of the cement sheath,it calculates the radial force of the casing diameter 110 mm and compares with the theoretical value to verify the correctness of the numerical simulation method,studies the radial force of the deformation of casing under different radius. It obtains the conclusion with the increase of the pipe diameter,the radial force is gradually reduced. This provides an effective numerical calculation method for the irregular deformation of casing,and provides reasonable construction parameters for the casing plastic construction.
