摘要
目的比较黑胸散白蚁对常见几种树皮的取食偏好,为更好地开展白蚁监测控制技术研究提供科学依据。方法室内设置装置观察取食不同树皮的白蚁数量和各处理发霉情况,并称量、计算白蚁对不同树皮的取食量。结果在室内条件下,黑胸散白蚁对桉树皮的相对反应率最高,白蚁累计达到458.33只,其次是杉树皮和松树皮;松树、桉树、梧桐、杨树等4种树皮在试验期间内未发生霉变;在9种树皮中,桉树皮的被食量最高,达到0.12 g。结论桉树皮可作为诱饵或者添加材料诱杀黑胸散白蚁,本研究为黑胸散白蚁的高效诱饵研制提供了参考。
Objective To compare the feeding preference of Reticulitermes chinensis to several common barks for providing the further study of termite monitoring and a basic data for control technology. Methods Setting a set of device indoors to observe the feeding preference of termites of R. chinensis to several barks,including the number,weight and feeding amount of termites feeding on different barks and mildew situation of matrix. Results The relative reaction rate of R. chinensis to eucalyptus barks was the highest among all tests,as counting,cumulative458. 33 individuals to eucalyptus barks,followed by cedar barks and pine barks; the barks of pine,eucalyptus,sycamore,poplar did not mold during the experiment; the consumption of eucalyptus barks was 0. 12 g,which was the highest in 9 barks. Conclusion Eucalyptus barks may be used as bait or additional materials for trapping the termites of R. chinensis for developing efficient bait.
