基于雅可比旋量的数控机床单轴综合误差建模 被引量:4

Modeling of Single Axis Error of CNC Machine Tools based on the Jacobian-torsor

摘要 为了研究机床中x轴的各零件误差对于x轴的总体误差产生的影响及其作用机制,引入雅可比旋量模型描述各零件的制造误差和装配偏差,建立在尺寸和形位公差约束下的特征及其配合旋量的变动和约束方程,进而得到上述约束下的单轴几何误差综合模型。建立了机床误差建模中底层零件-组件的误差传递模型,研究结果有助于机床误差的综合与分配。 In order to study the mechanism and influence of part's error to the comprehensive error of x axis,in- troduce Jacobian-torsor model to describe the manufacturing error and assembly error of each part, build the con- straint equation of the torsor based on the dimension and geometrical tolerance. After solving the equation, the com- prehensive error model was established. This article put forward the model of machine tool errors about the influence of part's error to the comprehensive error of an axis, it makes great contribution to the synthesis and distribution of machine tool errors.
