摘要
介绍了锚杆支护技术及其关键设备锚杆钻机的应用,国外锚杆钻机研究现状、主流锚杆钻机代表机型功能及特点。分析了国外锚杆钻机技术发展状况;国内锚杆钻机气动、液压和电动三大系列的应用场合、工作方式及工作特性。通过对国内外锚杆钻机研究现状及发展趋势的分析,指出目前我国锚杆钻机在控制方式、锚杆支护装备高新技术应用方面、关键性能参数匹配及液压系统设计等方面存在的主要问题,为锚杆钻机关键技术的研究提供理论基础。
This paper introduced bolt supporting technology and the application of the key equipment of jumboh- er, introduced the current status and development, the function and characteristic of the representative type of the main jumbolter of overseas, analyzed the application, working style and working characteristics in domestic three big series-pneumatic,hydraulic and electric jumbolter . According to the analysis at home and abroad on the current sta- tus and development, pointed out the main existing problems of jumbolter in control mode, high and new technology application of bolt support equipment, key performance parameters matching and hydraulic system design, etc. Pro- vided theoretical foundation for the research on the key technology of the jumboher.
