摘要
贮存寿命是武器装备的通用质量特性之一。通过加速试验数据进行复杂系统贮存寿命与可靠性评估时,由于其构成产品的加速模型和加速因子各不相同,在相同试验时间和环境条件下产品的加速效率不同,如何对复杂系统贮存寿命进行加速缺乏行之有效的方法。本文基于失效比对原理提出一种复杂系统加速贮存寿命试验方法,结合现役装备的年检数据进行贮存寿命与可靠性评估,提高复杂系统贮存寿命与可靠性评估精度,为改善在役装备的实战化水平提供理论依据和验证手段。
Storage life is one of weapon equipment quality traits. The storage life and reliability of complex system is assessed through accelerated test data. But under the same test time and environment condition, different parts should accept different accelerated models and factors. So the question is that there is no way to develop an effective accelerated test to assess the storage life of complex system. This paper puts forward one storage life assessment method of complex system based on failure comparison. The method makes use of weapon equipment annual inspection data to assess the storage life and reliability and improves the assessment precision. It is the theoretical basis and means to verify for enhancing in-service weapons' utility.
