摘要
设计了一种基于SOPC技术的阻抗测量系统,采用自由轴测量法,设计了基于FPGA的DDS测量信号发生电路和基于AD633模拟乘法器的相敏检波电路。与传统阻抗分析仪相比,该电路结构简单,稳定性好,测量精度高,具有一定的商业应用价值。实际测试表明,该测量电路实现了频率为1 k Hz^500 k Hz的阻抗测量功能。
A kind of circuit for impedance measurement based on SOPC technology was designed. The principle of free-axis method for impedance measurement was used. And then the circuit of DDS signal generation based on FPGA and phase sensitive detection based on AD633 multiplier were proposed. Compared with the traditional instrument for impedance measurement,the circuit has simple structure,good stability and high precision. The result shows that the circuit can achieve the testing frequency form 1 kHz to 500 kHz for impedance measurement function.
