匹配VVT发动机的两用燃料汽车气耗标定优化方法

摘要 对匹配VVT发动机的两用燃料汽车的燃气ECU喷气脉宽、点火提前角和汽油ECU的进气VVT进行重新标定优化,分别对标定优化前后状态下使用天然气燃料进行动力性与经济性的试验对比分析。结果表明,优化后最高车速增加了3krrdh,0~100km/h额定转速换挡时间减少1.6S,最高挡80—120km/h加速时间减少6s,试验工况下等速气耗都有所减少。NEDC循环的气耗降低0.23ks/100km,使用汽油ECU和天然气ECU同步优化方案后燃烧天然气的动力性与经济性都有提升,并且在汽油ECU更改VVT角度配合天然气ECU标定优化后燃烧天然气的节气效果最优。 In this paper, items of the dual -fuel vehicle with the VVT engine was re - calibrated and optimized, such as the jet pulse of the natural gas ECU, ignition timing and the intake VVT of the gasoline ECU. Experiments were carried out to test the calibration and optimization method. The results show that the method can increase the maximum speed 3km / h, and 0 - 100km / h gear shift time can be reduced 1.6s, and the 80 -120km / h accelerating time can be reduced 6s, and test conditions constant gas con- sumption can be reduced. The gas consumption can be reduced by 0.23 kg / 100km in the NEDC cycle, and the natural dynamics and economy can be improved together. The method, together with intake VVT, can make the combustion gas saving reach the maximum.
