母猪日粮中添加补铁微生态制剂对预防仔猪贫血的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究饲料中添加补铁微生态制剂对母猪繁殖性能、仔猪生长性能及预防仔猪贫血的影响,本试验选择胎次相同、妊娠后期(84 d左右)莱芜黑猪96头,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复8头母猪。对照组饲喂基础饲料;试验1组饲喂基础日粮,同时在仔猪出生3日龄时注射牲血素;试验2组基础饲料+0.2%补铁微生态制剂;试验3组饲喂基础饲料+0.2%补铁微生态制剂,同时在仔猪出生3日龄时注射牲血素。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,试验2组,仔猪活仔率和仔猪育成率分别提高5.58%和6.13%;断奶重和平均日增重分别提高21.23%和23.13%(P<0.05);腹泻率较对照组降低35.56%(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,试验2组母猪初乳中的铁、铁蛋白、转铁蛋白分别提高了49.25%、87.90%、50.97%(P<0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,试验2组母猪和仔猪血液中的红细胞数、血红蛋白浓度分别提高21.12%、47.02%和9.40%、32.64%,均差异显著(P<0.05)。(4)与对照组相比,试验2组仔猪血清中的铁含量提高23.16%,总铁结合力降低16.04%,均差异显著(P<0.05)。综合考虑,0.2%的补铁微生态制剂组在提高母猪繁殖性能、仔猪生产性能,降低仔猪腹泻率,提高母猪和仔猪体内铁贮方面效果优于其他三个组。 In order to study the effects of iron supplementation probiotics in feed on reproductive performance of sows,growth performance and prevention of anemia in piglets,a total of 96 Laiwu black pigs with similar parity and late pregnancy (about 84 days)were randomly allocated into 4 groups with 3 replicates of 8 each.Control group was fed with basal diet,experimental group one was fed with basal diet and injected with Quickhemo in the piglets born 3 days mean-while,experimental group two was fed with basal diet added 0.2%iron supplementation probiotics,and experimental group three was fed with basal diet added 0.2%iron supplementation probiotics and injected with Quickhemo in the piglets born 3 days meanwhile.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the piglet survival rate and fertility rate of experimental group two were increased by 5.58% and 6.13%(P 〉 0.05),weaning weight and average daily gain weight were increased by 21.23%and 23.13%(P〈0.05)and diarrhea rate was reduced by 35.56%(P〈0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,sows colostrum iron,ferritin and transferrin of experimental group two were increased by 49.25%, 87.90%and 50.97%,respectively(P〈0.05).(3)The number of red blood cells and hemoglobin concentration in the blood of sows and piglets were increased by 21.12%,47.02%,9.4%and 32.64%,respectively (P〈0.05).(4)At the same time, serum iron content of experimental group two was increased by 23.16%,and total iron binding capacity decreased more than 16.04%(P 〈 0.05).Based on comprehensive consideration,the effects of 0.2% iron supplementation probiotics group on improving the reproductive performance of sows and production performance of piglets,reducing the rate of diarrhea of piglets,and raising iron storage in sows and piglets was better than the other three groups.
