摘要
介绍了绿色建筑与被动优先设计的概念,从建筑整体规划、建筑单体形态与功能布局、建筑围护结构保温隔热设计等方面,阐述了被动优先建筑设计策略,指出被动优先设计具有生态环保、节能高效、绿色舒适的特点。
This paper introduced the concept of green building and passive optimization design,from building overall planning,building monomer form and functional layout,building envelope insulation design and other aspects,elaborated the passive optimization building design strategies,pointed out that the passive optimization design with ecological and environmental protection,high efficiency and energy saving,green and comfortable and other characteristics.
