摘要
目的:观察脑电生物反馈辅助治疗老年抑郁症患者的疗效。方法:选取开放病房的老年抑郁症患者78例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各39例。研究组采用脑电生物反馈联合西酞普兰治疗2个月;对照组患者单独采用西酞普兰治疗2个月。使用Hamilton抑郁量表、不良反应量表(TESS)评定并比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后1、2、4、6、8周的治疗疗效和不良反应。结果:两组患者的Hamilton量表评分治疗前差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),治疗后4~8周时有统计学差异(P〈0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论:脑电生物反馈联合西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症患者的疗效优于单用西酞普兰治疗。
Objective: To observe therapeutic effect of EEG biofeedback in adjuvant treatment of elderly patients with depression. Methods: 78 elderly patients with depression in the open wards were selected and randomly divided into study group( 39 cases,EEG biofeedback combined with Citalopram treatment for two months) and control group( 39 cases,treatment with citalopram alone for two months). Hamilton depression scale( HAMD) and treatment emergent symptom scale( TESS) were used to assess the efficacy and adverse reactions before and 1,2,4,6 and 8 weeks after the treatment. Results: Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in the HAMD score between the two groups( P〉0.05); however,the difference become significant 4-8 weeks after the treatment( P〈0.05). The adverse reaction rate of study group was obviously lower than that of control group. Conclusions: EEG biofeedback combined with Citalopram in the treatment of the elderly patients with depression is superior to single Citalopram.
