摘要
目的探讨巨大儿与孕妇各个孕期血脂水平关系。方法选择本院2013年10月至2015年10月在丹阳市人民医院进行产检和分娩的孕妇502例,排除原有代谢性疾病和服用影响血脂代谢的药物,在研究对象同意后纳入研究。根据新生儿体重分成两个组,随机选择新生儿体重正常组(2 500~4 000 g)50例、巨大儿组(〉4 000 g)50例,根据产前检查,分析两组各个孕期血脂水平,以此探讨巨大儿与孕妇孕期血脂变化的相关性。结果巨大儿孕妇妊娠期高血压、妊娠期糖尿病等并发症明显高于正常,差异有统计学意义。巨大儿的孕妇90%每个孕期都出现高脂肪血症,巨大儿孕妇早孕期相比体重正常新生儿组甘油三酯(TG)差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)、中晚孕期相比正常组TG差异水平无统计学意义(P〉0.05),高密度脂蛋白相比正常组血脂水平有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论高密度脂蛋白水平与新生儿体重负相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum lipid levels in pregnant women and fetal giant. Methods Chose 502 pregnant women with birth and delivery were selected in Danyang People 's Hospital from October,2012 and October,2013,and eliminated the original metabolic diseases and the use of drugs to affect blood lipid metabolism,included in the study in research object after approval. According to the weight,newborns were divided into two groups,randomly selected neonatal weight normal group( 2,500 g ~4,000g)( n = 50) and macrosomia group( 4,000g) in the 50 cases,according to the prenatal examination,analyzed two groups of all pregnancy blood lipid levels, in order to explore the correlation between fetal macrosomia and maternal blood lipid change. Results Pregnancy induced hypertension,gestational diabetes and other complications were significantly higher than normal,the difference was statistically significant. High lipemia of 90% macrosomia pregnant women in each trimester,macrosomia pregnant women compared to normal weight newborns group triglyceride( TG) difference had statistical significance( P 0. 05),in the middle and late pregnancy compared with normal group,TG level difference had no statistical significance( P 0. 05),high density lipoprotein cholesterol compared to normal group,serum lipid level was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusions The level of high density lipoprotein is negatively correlated with the weight of newborn.
