摘要
干细胞的自我更新与多向分化的生物学特性使干细胞疗法在许多疑难性疾病的治疗中获得较好的临床疗效，甚至在某些被认定为“绝症”的疾病治疗中，也展现出良好的治疗前景，给临床医生和患者在绝望中带来了信心与希望。本文介绍了国内外干细胞治疗的政策、管理制度及现状，指出我国干细胞治疗行业主要问题，并对我国干细胞疗法在科研管理和临床应用的争议进行探讨。
Several biological characteristics of stem cell such as self--renewal and multi--directional differentiation, makes stem cell therapy obtain better clinical efficacy in the treatment of many refractory diseases, Even some of the ＂incurable disease＂ in the treatment of the disease. Stem cell therapy showes a good prospect,brings the clinicians and patients in despair with confidence and hopesometimes. This article introduced the stem cell treatment policy, the management system and the present situation in domestic and foreign, pointed out the main problems of stem cell therapy in china and discussed on the dispute of stem cell therapy in scientific research management and clinical application in China.
