摘要
从一名编辑人员的视角,阐述了编辑部在抓好党的创新理论学习方面存在目标方向还不是很清晰、措施办法还不是很得力、制度规定还不是很规范、实践对接还不是很紧密等4个主要问题,并从主客观两个方面分析了问题存在的主要原因,提出了解决问题的几点建议,包括明确内涵特征、创新形式方法、提高发展能力、完善制度机制。
From the angle of an editorial staff, this paper expounds four problems existing in the Party＇s innovation theory study of the editorial department such as that the targeted direction is not very clear, the measure is not very efficient, the system regulation is not very standardized, and the practical connection is not very close, and analyzes the main causes of these problems from two aspects of subjective and objective, and puts forward some suggestions on solving these problems, which include making clear the connotation characteristics, innovating the forms and methods, enhancing the development ability, and perfecting the system and mechanism.
