摘要
针对"运统-46"登记簿使用中存在的问题,开发基于TDCS3.0的施工登销记系统,介绍系统功能、架构、作业流程、特点,并在太原铁路局进行试用,实现了对行车设备检查、施工登记流程的高效、安全、可控管理。
Aiming at the problems in using the Transport Statistics-46,a registration system based on TDCS3.0has been built.At first,the functional objectives,architecture,operation process and characteristics of the system are introduced.A pilot application of the system in Taiyuan railway Bureau has been conducted and the system can realize inspection of train operation equipment and construction registration process with high efficiency and safety control management.
