摘要
速度瞬心法是机械行业用于机构速度分析的一个重要方法,该方法能够简捷直观地分析机构中某个或某几个位置的运动特性,作为简单实用的分析手段在机构速度分析中得到广泛的应用。速度瞬心法进行机构速度分析的前提条件是每两个互作平面运动的构件必然存在一个速度瞬心——称为速度瞬心存在的必然性。文中通过转换观察坐标系的方法对速度瞬心存在的必然性进行研究,将A、B两个刚体速度瞬心的确定问题转化为以其中一个刚体A为机架确定B上必然存在一个速度为零点。对速度瞬心存在的必然性进行了理论探索,使速度瞬心法的相关理论更加完善。
Velocity instantaneous method is an important method for velocity analysis of mechanisms in machinery. This method can analyze intuitively kinematics characteristics of one or a few positions in mechanisms, which is widely used in velocity analysis of mechanisms as a simple and practical tool. The precondition of velocity analysis of mechanisms with velocity instantaneous method is that every two components with planar motion must have an instantaneous center of velocity. This is the inevitable existence of instantaneous center of velocity. This paper makes a study on the inevitable existence of instantaneous center of velocity by converting the coordinate system of observation. The identification of the instantaneous center of velocity of two rigid bodies A and B can be transformed into the matter of the rigid body A as a frame to determine there must be a zero velocity on B. This paper explores the inevitable existence of instantaneous center of velocity, and makes correlation theory about velocity instantaneous method more complete.
