摘要
混凝土清洗分离装置中的螺旋轴工作在浆水环境中,工况比较恶劣,螺旋轴的力学性能对物料的安全高效输送至关重要。根据螺旋输送机的主要结构参数,采用NX建立其三维模型,导入ANSYS Workbench中对其进行仿真分析。模态分析结果表明螺旋轴工作时候不会发生共振现象,静力学分析表明螺旋轴的应力与变形均符合设计要求,能够做进一步的优化设计。
The screw shaft of concrete recycling device works under severe environment, so mechanical properties of thescrew shaft is very important. According to the main structural parameters of screw conveyor, NX is used to build 3Dmodel of key parts of the screw conveyor, and ANSYS Workbench is used to carry out simulation and analysis. Theanalysis results show that the strength and the radial deformation can meet the technical requirements, resonance will notoccur. The study offers relative data for further structural optimization.
