大庆油田粒子冲击钻井注入系统研究

摘要 随着勘探开发的深入,传统钻井方式在深部硬地层以及复杂地质条件下存在钻速慢等难题。开展了粒子冲击钻井PID(Particle Impact Drilling)的技术研究,利用钻井液的水力能量实现金属粒子高速冲击地层,实现破岩,以提高深井和超深井的钻井速度。介绍了一套粒子注入系统,从密封方式及旋转结构阐述了该系统注入泵的设计,为粒子注入系统的完善提供了新思路。 As the exploration and development of the oilfield,the traditional drilling technology have some problems such as low ROP for deep-hard formations and complicated geological conditions,and so,the research for particle impact drilling technology has been done in Daqing oilfield,which get the metal particles of high velocity to impact the formation with the hydraulic energy of mud,realizing the rock breaking and to meet the overall effectiveness of the deep,ultra-deep formation for the ROP and the exploration.A particle injection system is described,focusing on the key technology,and the design of the particle injection pump from sealing pattern and rotating structure are presented in this paper,which can provide a new way for the particle injection system and has certain significance.
