摘要
为实现海上油田水平井稳油控水工艺,研制了Y441型过电缆封隔器。该封隔器过流通道采用偏心设计,为过电缆孔道提供了足够的空间。封隔器设计有防中途坐封、上提管柱解封结构,具有坐封密封可靠、过流通道大、过电缆便捷和打捞方便等优点。室内试验结果表明:该封隔器电缆穿越性能良好,坐封、密封、悬挂及解封性能均满足工作要求,是一种新型水平井智能卡堵水作业工具。
In this paper the Y441cable-through packer was developed to meet the stabilizing oil production and controlling water cut of high-inclination well in offshore oilfield.To provide adequate space for incoming cables the packer has devised off-centering channel.It can prevent the midway setting and being released by lifting up the string.It has such advantages as simple setting,reliable sealing,convenient fishing and over-voltage.The test results show that the packer has good performance of over-voltage.Both sealing and suspension properties can meet the work requirements.It is a new water plugging instrument for the horizontal wells.
