摘要
针对当前水下应急安全系统作业效率低下的问题,采用TRIZ创新理论对该问题进行根原因分析、资源分析,应用冲突解决理论及40条发明原理、物质-场分析及76个标准解对问题进行解答,并得出多个解决方案。对各个方案进行可用性分析,得出最终解决方案:为应急安全系统以及执行机构增加一套监测与控制系统;通过引入海水,抵消液端海水静压对蓄能器活塞的阻碍。最终方案有效提高了水下应急安全系统的效率。
Aiming at the problem that current subsea emergency control system has a low operat-ing efficiency,TRIZ innovative theory is used for root cause analysis and resource analysis to the problem,apply the theory of conflict resolution and 40 invention principles,material-field analysis and 76 standard solutions for solving the problem for the first time.It is concluded several solu-tions.The usability of these solutions is analyzed,and the final solution is drawn:add a set of mo-nitoring and control system for the emergency control system and the actuator;introduce the sea water to offset the seawater static pressure on piston accumulator.The final solution improves the efficiency of emergency control system efficiently.
