摘要 概述了深水防喷器状态监控系统的研究意义,以及国外三家公司NOV、GE、Cameron的相关产品。介绍了国内对防喷器状态监控系统的研究现状,分析了防喷器状态监控系统的构成。研究深水防喷器状态监控系统可在钻井过程中实时监控系统状态,并可根据钻井数据制定预防性维护计划,有效降低设备故障导致的停机时间,提高系统的可靠性和安全性。 Firstly,the research significance of deepwater BOP health monitoring system is summa-rized,and the related products of major foreign manufacturers,such as NOV,GE and Cameron, are summarized as well.Secondly the domestic research status of the BOP health monitoring sys-tem is introduced.Finally,the composition of the BOP health monitoring system is analyzed.Re-searching the deepwater BOP health monitoring system can be realized at real-time monitoring system condition in the process of drilling,and the preventive maintenance plan was established according to drilling data,downtime caused by equipment failure was effectively reduced,and sys-tem reliability and security were improved.
