摘要
针对超快冷技术应用带来的Q345中厚板升级钢魏氏组织问题,结合现场实际工艺条件,通过实验室试验研究与仿真模拟计算,分析了魏氏组织出现的原因,并提出解决措施,工艺参数经过现场精确调整,取得了较好的效果。
For Widmanstatten structure of Q345 upgrading steel plate caused by ultra fast cooling technology,NISCO analyzes the causes of Widmanstatten structure by means of experimental research and simulation calculation atlaboratory on the basis of actual process conditions at site, puts forward corrective measures. After trimming the technologicalparameters at site, a good result is achieved.
