摘要
现阶段,中国面临医疗资源分布不均等,儿科资源尤其是儿科专业人才紧缺的医疗现状。复旦大学附属儿科医院联合上海8个区县9家儿科医疗单位成立"复旦大学儿科医疗联合体",基于该医联体建立互联网+远程医学平台。依托互联网+远程医学平台实现儿科医联体成员间的资源整合及共享,建立统一的远程医疗、远程会议及远程教育培训体系,提高医护和医疗服务质量,创新管理机制,转变服务模式,使全国各地患儿能够享受到全程、可及、优质、便捷的同质化医疗服务。
In the present stage, China is facing unequal distribution of medical resources, and shortage in pediatric resources, especiallypediatric professional talents. Children＇ s Hospital of Fudan University cooperated with nine pediatric medical units of eight districtsand counties in Shanghai to set up “Pediatric Medical Alliance of Fudan University”, and established the Internet＋ remote medicalplatform based on the medical alliance. Relying on Interne＋ remote medical platform, resource integration and sharing amongmembers of the Pediatric Medical Alliance is realized, a unified telemedicine, teleconferencing and remote education training system isestablished, the quality of health care and medical services is improved, the management mechanism is innovated, and the service modeis changed, so that children all over the country can enjoy the whole-process, available, high-quality and convenient homogeneousmedical services.
