摘要
目的:建立操作便捷、管理高效的管理后勤报修系统。方法:充分利用微信社交工具的优势和信息传递机制,基于微信企业号平台建设后勤报修平台,并与网站、电话、App报修系统进行对比。结果:基于微信企业号的后勤报修平台能够较好地实现维修业务和维修管理,能够充分发挥微信社交工具的优势,使报修平台用户体验更好,维修工作效率更高。结论:基于社交平台的后勤报修平台以其独特的优势,在报修与维修之间建立了管理回路,消除了报修渠道、报修时间等客观因素的干扰,实现了维修工作的高效进行。
Objective To establish a handle easily and management efficiently maintenance reporting system. Methods: Build alogistics maintenance reporting system on the enterprise We-Chat, making full use of the advantage of We-Chat social tools andinformation transmission mechanism. And then, make comparisons with website, telephone and App maintenance repairing system.Results: The We-Chat logistics maintenance reporting system can realize repairs and maintenance management well with better userexperience and operating efficiency. Conclusion: Based on the advantage of social platform, We-Chat maintenance reporting systemeliminated the interference of objective condition, connected repairer and reporter, realize effective management.
