基于UG软件可轻松实现各种复杂实体及造型构建的强大系统功能,通过对摩托车后尾盖的成型工艺分析,重点介绍了浇口及型腔布局、分型面的确定、成型零件的设计、冷却系统的设计、模具的制造等设计要点。实践证明,模具结构设计合理,产品质量良好。
All kinds of complicated entities and modelling can be easily implemented based on powerful system function of UG softwarc, By analyzing the forming process of the rear lid of motorcycle, thc key points of mould dcsign are mainly introduced, such as the runner and cavity layout the determination of parting surface, thc design of mould parts, the design of the cooling system, the mould manufacturing and so on. Practice has proved that the design of the mould structure is reasonable and the product quality is good.
