摘要
一款好的产品的更注重于客户体验和实用。本文以SUSA公司生产的4CO-SF系列电化学传感器为设计一次元件,通过对探头温度特性进行试验分析,结合温度传感器进行温度校正,从而实现高精度一氧化碳测定器的设计。在传感器功耗方面采用超低功耗16位的TI公司5系列进行测定器嵌入式设计,实现了在温度变化为-30~55℃范围内,温度误差在2%的范围内,提高了仪表的精度,延长了仪表的使用时间,更加实用、可靠。
A good product is more focused on the customer experience and practical. This paper to Susa company production 4CO-SF series of electrochemical sensor as the primary elements of design,through test analysis of temperature characteristics of the probe with temperature sensor for temperature correction,in order to achieve high accuracy carbon monoxide detector design. The power consumption of the sensor,using ultra low power 16 bit of TI company 5 series were determination of embedded device design,the changes in temperature-30~55 temperature range,the temperature error in the range of 2% and improve the accuracy of the instrument,prolong the using time of instrument,more practical, reliable.
