摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中使用桑叶粉(MLM)和发酵桑叶粉(FMLM)对胡须鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及抗氧化指标的影响。试验选用95日龄岭南黄Ⅲ号胡须鸡392只,按照体重和性别随机分为7个组,每组4个重复,每个重复14只鸡(公母各占1/2)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,6个试验组分别在基础饲粮中使用5%、10%、20%MLM和5%、10%、20%FMLM。预试期4 d,正试期28 d。结果表明:1)胡须鸡的生长性能随饲粮中M LM使用水平的增加而逐渐降低;与对照组相比,饲粮中使用不同水平的MLM和FMLM均显著或极显著地降低了平均日增重(P<0.05或P<0.01);20%MLM组的平均日采食量较对照组显著下降(P<0.05);各MLM水平组和20%FMLM组的料重比显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2)各试验组胡须鸡血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),其中,10%MLM组血清ALP活性最低;各试验组血清总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLO)含量均高于对照组,其中,10%MLM组和20%FM LM组极显著提高了血清TP和GLO含量(P<0.01);各试验组血清白球比(A/G)显著低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,20%MLM组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。3)10%MLM组胡须鸡血清、肝脏总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血清、肝脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。20%FMLM组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。总之,饲粮中使用MLM降低了胡须鸡的生长性能,FMLM对生长性能的影响较MLM有所改善;MLM和FMLM均有降低血脂含量、增强免疫力、提高抗氧化能力等作用,但2者的最适使用水平仍需进一步研究。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of mulberry leaf meal( MLM) and fermented mulberry leaf meal( FMLM) in diets on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and antioxidant indexes of Huxu chickens. Three hundred and ninety-two Lingnan Ⅲ Huxu chickens at ninety-five days of age were assigned to 7 groups with 4 replicates per group and 14 birds per replicate( male and female in half) according weight and sex. Chickens in control group were fed basal diet and the others in 6 test groups were fed basal diet supplemented with 5%,10%,20% MLMand 5%,10%,20% FMLM,respectively. The pre-trial period lasted for 4 days,and the experimental period lasted for 28 days. The results showed as follow s: 1) the growth performance of Huxu chickens was decreased with the increase of the amount of MLMin diets. Compared with control group,different levels of MLMand FMLMin diets significantly decreased the average daily gain( P〈0.005 or P〈0.001). The average daily feed intake in 20% MLMgroup was significantly low er than that in control group( P〈0.005). The ratio of feed to gain in all MLMlevel groups and 20% FMLMgroup was significantly higher than those in control group( P〈0.0 05 or P〈0.0 01). 2) The activity of alkaline phosphatase( ALP) in serum of Huxu chickens in all test groups was significantly lower than that in control group( P〈0.005),and the activity of serum ALP in 10% MLMgroup was the low est. The contents of serum total protein( TP) and globulin( GLO) in all test groups were higher than those in control group,and the contents of TP and GLO in 10% MLMand 20% FMLMgroups were extremely significantly increased( P〈0.001). The ratio of albumin to globulin( A / G) in serum in all test groups was significantly low er than that in control group( P〈0.005). Compared with control group,the contents of total cholesterol( TC) and triglyceride( TG) were significantly decreased( P〈0.005). 3) The total antioxidant capacity( T-AOC) in serum and liver of Huxu chickens in 10% MLMgroup was significantly higher than that in control group( P〈0.005). The activity of catalase( CAT) in serum and liver in 10% MLMgroup was significantly lower than that in control group( P〈0.005).The activity of glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px) in serum in 20% FMLMgroup was extremely significantly higher than that in control group( P〈0.001). In conclusion,MLMin diets decreases the growth performance of Huxu chickens,and the effect of FMLMon growth performance is better than that of MLM. MLMand FMLMin diets can reduce serum lipids contents,enhance immunity and the antioxidant capacity. But the optimum application amount still needs further research.
