摘要
为探讨中西药联合保留灌肠治疗肛周湿疹的疗效，将210例肛周湿疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各105例，观察组采用中西药联合保留灌肠治疗，对照组采用中药熏洗坐浴治疗。2组均以7d为1个疗程。对比2组患者疗效。结果显示，观察组总有效率（97．1％，102／105）明显高于对照组（72．3％，76／105），P〈0.05。观察组治疗后局部症状体征评分明显低于对照组，P〈0.05。结果表明，中西药联合保留灌肠治疗肛周湿疹疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。
This study was to investigate the curative effect of the combination of Chinese materia medica and western ones for retention enema in the treatment of perianal eczema.The 210 patients with perianal eczema were randomly divided into observation group and control one, 105 cases for each;the former adopted above-mentioned combination therapy,while the latter only adopted Chinese materia medica sitz bath treatment,the two groups all lasted 7 days（as a treatment course）;then the curative effect of two groups were compared.As results, in total effective rate, the former （97.1%, 102/105） was significantly higher than the latter（72.3% ,76/105, P 〈0.05）,the score on local symptom and sign of the former was significantly lower than that of the latter（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that this combination therapy for perianal eczema has determined effect,which was worthy to be popularized and used clinically.
