摘要
机床从设计到制造出来最后投入用户使用,都处于一定的环境中,环境的变化会直接或间接的影响到机床的可靠性,但目前机床制造企业仍然对环境因素与产品质量和可靠性之间的关系缺乏系统的认识。本文从机床的整个寿命周期出发对环境因素与可靠性的关系进行了系统的分析,建立了机床环境影响因素的评价体系,详细分析了各个因素对机床可靠性的影响,论述了机床环境因素的评价方法和控制技术,最后结合一些工程实例说明了机床寿命周期环境因素分析和控制的重要性。
From design to manufacturing and then to usage, machine tools are in certain environments, of which changes will directly or indirectly affect the reliability. However, there is not enough systematic understanding of environmental factors in machine tool manufacturers. In this paper, the environmental factors of machine tools are analyzed on the whole life cycle, and the environmental factors system of machine tools is established. At the same time, the effects of each factor on the machine tool reliability are analyzed in detail and the environmental evaluation methods and control technology of machine tools are discussed. Finally, some engineering examples are used to illustrate the importance.
