摘要
夹片的锯削加工是夹片生产过程中的关键工序之一,现有的锯削加工方法存在不能连续锯削和加工效率低等问题。通过分析夹片的结构特点和加工工艺,提出了一种可连续锯削的加工方法。以此加工方法为基础,设计了一种夹片锯削加工专用锯床。详细介绍了该专用锯床的总体结构及工作原理,并对其关键技术进行了研究。该专用锯床提高了锯削加工效率,降低了劳动力成本和强度。
The sawing process of the clips is one of the clips of the key working procedure in the process production,the existing way of sawing process can't continuous cutting and process efficiency is low. A kind of continuous sawing processing method was proposed by analyzing the structural characteristics and processing technology of the clip. Based on this processing method,a kind of special sawing machine tool for clip with sawing process was designed. Introduces in detail the overall structure and working principle of the special sawing machine tool,and its key technologies were studied. The special sawing machine tool improves the machining efficiency and reduces labor costs and intensity.
