摘要
基于对宁夏城乡2709名居民养老服务需求及影响因素的调查分析,探讨满足宁夏居民养老服务需求对策。采用分层抽样和方便抽样结合的方法进行问卷调查,结果显示,超过一半以上的被调查者需要日常生活照料和医疗保健养老服务,年龄越大、患慢性病多、城镇老人和子女人数少的老人对整体养老服务需求意愿高,文化程度和收入高的人群对精神慰藉服务需求高;79.8%的人愿意支付一定的费用选用付费养老服务,影响因素主要为专业程度、服务态度、服务内容。建议设立家庭—社区—社会化服务联动的养老服务体系,优先发展需求强烈的养老服务项目,增加养护型和医护型养老服务内容,提升专业程度、改善服务态度、提高服务质量,以满足宁夏老年人养老服务需求。
Based on the survey of 2709 residents in urban and rural areas in Ningxia, this paper probes into the countermeasures to meet Ningxia residents＇ demands toward pension service. By using the combined method of stratified sampling and convenience sampling to do the questionnaire survey, the results show that more than half of the respondents need daily-life-care and health care service. The ol- der, the more chronic diseases will appear. Seniors who live in cities and with less children intend to get high demand for pension serv- ice, and people with high educational level and high salary have high demand for spiritual solace. 79.8% people are willing to pay cer- tain fees for pension service. The main influential factors are the professional level, service attitude and service content. This paper suggests setting up the family - community-social pension service system, give priority to develop pension services items with high needs, increase the contents of earing and medical pension services and improve professional level, service attitude and service quality in order to meet Ningxia seniors＇ demand for pension services.
