摘要
应用ABAQUS软件对采煤机湿式多片盘式制动器进行有限元分析。通过对采煤机紧急制动过程进行仿真分析,得出制动盘盘面温度沿半径先增大后减小,油槽和冷却油的存在使摩擦副的温度场呈非对称分布。最后拟合出了以活塞端面为基准,沿中心轴线方向的制动器内部温度分布曲线,并给出经验公式。
The wet multiple disc brake was finite-element analyzed by ABAQUS. With the analysis to emergency braking process, the results were obtained that the surface temperature of braking discs increased first and then decreased with increasing radius, while the temperature fields of friction pairs distributed asymmetrically for the existence of oil grooves and coolant oil. Lastly the curve and the empirical formula between temperature and central axial position inside the brake, which were based on the end of the piston, were solved out by polynomial fitting.
