摘要
以《测量不确定度表达指南(GUM)》中的B类评定方法为基础,根据传感器频率特性,计算传感器检测过程中幅值和相位的误差。然后根据A/D转换过程中的量化误差以及数据采集的速率,评估A/D转换和信号采集过程的不确定度。之后将传感器和A/D转换2个环节进行结合,对虚拟仪器测量不确定度做出评估,提出一种评估虚拟仪器测量不确定度的通用方法。
Based on type B evaluation of Guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement (GUM), according to the frequency characteristics of the sensor, the error of amplitude and phase in the process of detection sensor can be calculated. Then according to the quantization error of MD conversion and the data acquisition rate, uncertainty evaluation of A/D conversion and signal acquisition process can be done. After that can combine sensor with AJD conversion to evaluate the uncertainty of virtual instrument, and then a general method of uncertainty evaluation of virtual instrument will be proposed.
