Investigation on an outbreak of infectious diarrhea caused by water pollution

摘要 目的分析2015年10月21日哈尔滨市阿城区绿波西苑小区群体性腹泻发生的原因,为预防控制水污染事件提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法进行调查分析,并依据GB/T 5750.12-2006(2.1)《生活饮用水卫生标准》,采集绿波西苑小区居民生活饮用水水样进行实验室检查;采集患者排泄物进行实验室检查。结果该小区共有2 615人,累计发病37例,住院2例,实验室检测显示末梢水水样中有3份菌落总数和大肠菌群均严重超标,患者排泄物未检出致病菌。结论该腹泻事件水由于污水管网渗漏污染生活饮用水供水管网引起的细菌性感染性腹泻。 Objective To analyze the causes for the outbreak of group infectious diarrhea in Lvbo Xiyuan community, Acheng district, Harbin city,on October 21,2015 ,so as to provide the basis for water pollution control strategies. Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was adopted for investigation,according to GB/T 5750.12-2006(2.1)the sanita ry standard for drinking water,the drinking water samples of residents in Lvbo Xiyuan community were collected for laboratory examination. The excretions of hospitalized patients were collected for laboratory examination. Results There were a total 37 cases and 2 were hospitalized,laboratory tests showed that the total number of bacteria and Escheria coli in 3 peripheral water samples seriously exceeded the standard. Pathogenic bacteria were not detected in the excretions of the patients. Conclusion The diarrhea incident is an outbreak of bacterial infectious diarrhea caused by water pollution in the sewage pipe network leakage of water supply pipe network.
