从市场运作模式、市场发展制约因素、经济激励政策、主体激励策略等四方面梳理国内外既有建筑节能改造市场发展激励研究进展,在对比分析国内外研究差异的基础上,剖析协同视域下我国既有建筑节能改造市场发展激励现存问题,提出既有建筑节能改造市场发展协同激励路径优化的研究方向,界定协同激励内涵并提出研究展望。
This paper analyzes the incentive research progress of energy-saving renovation market development in existing buildings at home and abroad from four perspectives,including market operation mode,the restrictive factors of market development,economic incentive policies,incentive strategies of main body. On the basis of differences analysis between domestic and foreign research,from the synergy horizon,analyzes market development incentive problems in the existing building energy-saving renovation,puts forward the research direction of synergy incentive path optimization of energy-saving renovation market development,defines the connotation of the synergy incentive and puts forward research prospects.
