Detection results on urinary iodine of pregnant women and children 2015 in Beichen District'Tianjin

摘要 目的对天津市北辰区儿童及孕妇尿碘检测结果进行回顾性研究分析,为碘缺乏病的临床治疗和预防提供依据。方法按照天津市碘缺乏病监测方案的要求,共抽取北辰区105例孕妇尿样,从北辰区随机抽取5所小学,从每个学校中各抽取42例,8~10岁儿童,所有研究对象均依据WS/T107-2006的规定采用碘催化砷铈分光光度法(试剂盒法)进行尿碘检验。结果经检验发现,所有研究对象尿碘数据均呈偏态分布,其中儿童尿碘中位数据为231μg/L,数据显示在正常范围内。其中〉300μg/L儿童60例(28.57%),100~300μg/L的儿童123例(58.57%),50~99μg/L的儿童17例(8.09%),〈50μg/L的儿童10例(4.76%);孕妇尿碘中位数据显示为173.2μg/L,也在正常范围内,其中〉300μg/L孕妇9例(8.57%),100~300μg/L之间的孕妇71例(67.62%),50~99μg/L之间的孕妇19例(18.10%),〈50μg/L的孕妇6例(5.71%)。结论天津市北辰区儿童及孕妇尿碘指标均符合国家消除碘缺乏病相关标准,但仍然有尿碘含量过盛现象存在。因此,加强对广大人民群众尿碘检测,对预防和控制尿碘含量过盛现象的产生具有重要意义。 Objective To retrospectively study urinary Iodinein of children and pregnant women in Beichen District, Tianjin, provide an effective reference for clinical treatment and prevention of iodine deficiency disease. Methods According to the disease surveillance program of iodine deficiency in Tianjin, urine sample from 105 cases of pregnant women and each 42 children aged 8 ~10 in 5 primary schools were collected and tested by catalyzed by iodine arsenic cerium spectrophotometry(reagent box) accord the provisions of WS/T107-2006 urine iodine test. Results The testing results found that, all of the data of urinary iodine showed a skewed distribution. The median urinary iodine in children was 231μg/L, in the normal range. urine iodine above 300 μg/L was found in 60 children(28.57%), 100 ~300 μg/L in 123children(58.57%), 50~99 μg/L in 17 children(8.09%), less than 50 μg/L in 10 children(4.76%); median urine iodine in pregnant women shows that 173.2 μg/L, which is in the normal range, urine iodine above300 μg/L was found in 9 pregnants(8.57%) 100~300 μg/L in 71 pregnants(67.62%), 50~99 μg/L in 19pregnants(18.10%), less than 50 μg/L in 6 pregnants(5.71%). Conclusion In Beichen district of Tianjin related indicators, among pregnant women and children urinary iodine deficiency disease are in line with national standards to eliminate, but there is still a phenomenon of excessive iodine in urine. Therefore, it is significant to strengthen the inspection in the prevention and iodine control, inorder to prevent excessive urinary idionine.
