摘要
以南京至高淳城际快速轨道南京南站至禄口机场段TA01-2标工程为背景,应用地面出入式盾构法隧道技术(GPST),在负覆土、浅覆土工况下针对隧道管片和周围土层进行监测。监测结果表明:地面出入段隧道变形控制在0.4%以内,盾构超浅覆土区段掘进与浅覆土工况下的发展趋势相一致。通过分析获得负覆土工况下稳定后的横断面地表变形曲线分布规律。研究结果为盾构施工过程的参数优化提供依据,使盾构施工对周围土体的影响处于可控状态。
With the background of Bid TA01-2(Nanjing-Gaochun Intercity Rapid Rail Nanjing South Railway Station-the Lukou Airport section) Engineering,ground penetrating shield technology(GPST) is applied and tunnel lining and surrounding soil in the condition of negative covering soil and shallow overburden are monitored.The monitoring results show that the deformation control of the tunnel in ground entryexit section is less than 0.4%,and the development trend of the shield super shallow overburden section is consistent with the one of the shallow overburden soil condition.The distribution law of the surface deformation curve of the cross section under the condition of stable negative soil overburden is obtained by analyzing.The research results provide the basis for the parameter optimization of the shield construction process,so that the influence of the shield construction to the surrounding soil is controlled.
