摘要
目的:优选芪芍活血颗粒的醇提工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以芍药苷和干浸膏收率为评价指标,考察加醇量、醇浓度、提取时间和提取次数等4个因素对提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为12倍量醇,提取3次,每次1.5h;乙醇浓度为70%。结论:优选的工艺合理可行,提取效率高,适合工业生产。
Objective: To optimize ethanol extraction technology for the Qishao Huoxue Granules (芪芍活血颗粒, QSHXG). Methods: With the content of paeoniflorin and extract rate as indexes, effects of the amount of ethanol, the concentration, extraction time and extraction times were optimized by orthogonal test. Results: Optimum extraction process was as follows: extracted 3 times with 12-fold 70% ethanol, 1.5 hours each time. Conclusion: The optimized process is reasonable and feasible, and it can provide reference for the industrialized production.
