摘要
随着综合国力不断提高,我国水电事业也在蓬勃发展,大批大型水电站相继建成投产,大量先进的机电技术在水电站建设中普遍应用。其中,斜立筋结构定子机座先后被三峡水电站、彭水水电站、构皮滩水电站、糯扎渡水电站等大型水电站采用。本文针对定子机座的结构,分析了它在机组运行中的受力情况,探索了减少其在运行中振动的措施。
China hydropower career is booming with the constant improvement of comprehensive national power. A large number of large hydropower stations have been completed and put into operation. A large number of advanced mechanical and electrical technologies are generally applied in hydropower station constructions, wherein oblique stud structure stator frame is successively adopted in some large hydropower stations, such as Three Gorges Hydropower Station, Pengshui Hydropower Station, Goupitan Hydropower Station, Nuozhadu Hydropower Station, etc. In the paper, its force condition in unit operation is analyzed, and the measures of reducing its vibration in operation are explored aiming at the structure of stator frame.
