摘要
目的比较头孢泊肟酯原料有关物质测定的2种方法。方法分别采用UPLC法与HPLC法测定头孢泊肟酯有关物质。结果 UPLC法和HPLC法检测头孢泊肟酯的检测限分别为0.18、5.4μg,定量限分别为0.63、20μg,检测时间分别为56、170 min左右;样品测定结果相近,但HPLC法偏低。结论UPLC方法具有速度快、灵敏度高且节省溶剂的优势,是快速分析的理想选择。
Objective To compare 2 methods used in the determination of related substances of cefpodoxime proxetil. Methods The related substances were determined by UPLC and HPLC. Results The limit of detection（LOD） of cefpodoxime proxetil was 0.18 μg and 5.4 μg, and the limit of quantitation（LOQ） was 0.63 μg and 20 μg by UPLC and HPLC, respectively. The determination lasted were 56 min and 170 min. The content of related substances in the raw material by the 2 methods was close, and those determined by HPLC were lower. Conclusion UPLC has good specificity, sensitivity and efficiency, which is an ideal choice for quick analysis.
