摘要
高等医学院校附属医院在实施国家创新战略中具有举足轻重的作用。以科研项目生命周期为切入点,运用概念性决策模型,构建基于全流程的医院科研项目知识产权管理模式,提升医院知识产权管理能力,推动医学科研成果转化。
Hospitals attached to medical colleges play an important role in national innovation strategy. According to the whole life process of research projects in hospitals, whole process intellectual property management of research projects mode is constructed by the conceptual decision model to promote the management ability of intellectual property and the transformation of medical research products.
