摘要
以某高速公路大桥一联4×25 m预应力钢筋混凝土连续箱梁盆式支座更换为例,用桥梁分析软件建立模型,在更换支座过程中进行应力、变形监控,并阐述箱梁整体顶升、支座更换技术及施工注意事项,为同类型桥梁支座更换或旧桥加固提供经验。
Taking the replacement of a highway bridge's basin-bearing of continuous box girder with 4 × 25 m prestress for an example,this paper uses bridge analysis software to establish the model and makes stress and deformation monitoring during replacing the basin-bearing.Furthermore,it expounds the overall jacking-up of the box girder and basin-bearing replacing technique and the construction precautions,which can provide experiences of replacing basin-bearing or strengthening old bridge for the same type bridge.
