整体中互动:杜威眼中的教学和教师

摘要 只有理解了杜威的整体中互动观点,才不会片面地理解杜威的教育理论。整体中互动观点认为,个人、经验、环境等都在"一个未经分析的整体"中互动,知识是在这个互动过程中由个人建构而生。因此,教学应该是教师利用有教育性的经验,以连续性和交互作用两条教学原则为指导,帮助学生发展理智的自由,自主建构知识的过程。在这样的教学实践中,教师既是知识的传递者,又是团队活动的领导者,还是立足发展的实践者。
