无管化经皮肾镜碎石取石术临床应用进展 被引量：12

摘要 经皮肾镜碎石取石术（percutaneous nephrolithotomy,PCNL）有两种发展趋势,一是更微创化,即微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术（minimally percutaneous nephrolithotomy,MPCNL）,二是无管化（tubeless PCNL）,即手术中有选择性地对患者不留置肾造瘘管和/或双J管,其中术后不留置肾造瘘管,而常规留置双J管为＂部分无管化（tubeless）＂;术后既不留置肾造瘘管，又不留置双J管为“完全无管化（totally tubeless）”。
